Unidentified plant. Wondering if it is poison ivy or poison oak. The leaves are shiny. Plant is coming from behind our fence which is dense with untended trees and shrubs. A creek runs below the foliage (about 15 feet drop). The creek does have wild berries growing here and there, but thes leaves don't appear to be the same as the berries.
