Sorry that my previous submission was missing data. This plant in on my property in Rockland County NY. Last year I found several viney plants in the yard which I killed with a plant killer Brush B Gone. This looks similar and I have rash on my arms that itches and looks vaguely similar to some of the pictures on your site. It's moving from my left arm to the right.
