I'm not sure what this is. It's growing in my front and back yards, and I've seen it at other residences in my area, also. When cut (for removal), the plant emits a foul odor. Most of the leaves appear to be all green, but some of them have green leaves with red. I have plants like these ranging from 8" tall to well over 6 foot. They're mostly on either side of my chain link fence, though there are some lone plants in the middle of the yard.
