Question Asked: We live in Enfield, NH, about the middle of the State on the western side. This plant grows on a stem with the leaves at the top of the stem. The stem gets to be 12 inches high so far.
Answer: Hi Larry - this plant I've seen in another submission. It's not poison ivy, oak, or sumac. The coloration, leaf shape, and configuration are the keys here for identification. I do not know what the plant is though and am combing field guides to see if I can find a reference. Anyone else? |
