Question Asked: I have ivy vines growing from the shrubs on the East side of our house. I'd like to know if they are poisonous before I go digging them out. I am a Buckeye.
Thank you.
Answer: Trent - looks like you're safe to tug away at these plants in your shrubs. Vine and shrub identification is not my strong suit so I can't help you with what it is. I can tell you though that it's not poison ivy, poison oak, or poison sumac. Still you should wear good gloves when pulling the plant up. Some plants while harmless to most can be a skin irritant to sensitive individuals. |
