so what is the best solution? everyone has the same problem that i am experiencing. i was cutting some trees down and grabbed a log with poison oak on it. the rash started really small and didnt even itch for the first day or two, so i didnt think anything of it. i actually just thought it was a scrape. now the rash has spread to both arms, neck and stomach and is extremely itchy. if the best thing to do is leave it and deal with the itching, ill do that. it seems like the ointments and creams are only temperary but make the rash worse. last night was the worst so far. i woke up scratching so hard i thought i was bleeding for sure. what do i do?!?!?!?
