I have the same problem, except for it was just on a small part of my leg. It still itches, and I've been researching it. It's either from the scarring or it's not completely gone. Maybe your body still thinks that it is there. In any case, this should go away soon. If it doesn't, I recommend that you see your dermatologist right away.
