| The liquid in the blisters will not spread the rash, however, it's my understanding that they prefer you not break them as it could lead the exposed skin to infection. I've only had small blisters, never anything bigger than a quarter, so I don't know what you're going through. If they are really big, you might want to ask your doctor. |
