I have a farm where we have a lot of poision ivy vines climbing up some of the trees. We actually have some vines which are up to 4" in diameter. I cut sections out of the vines last winter which seemed to, at least in most cases, kill the vine. My question is, one year after cutting, am I safe to touch the dead vines, and can I burn them safely? Thanks for any guidance offered. Larry
