Wow. Same thing for me... got an absolutely horrible poison ivy reaction last spring. I was so swollen with the ooze that my neck jiggled. I've now had it come back in the same places twice, but not as severe. I read that response about it happening when the seasons change. That seems to be the pattern here as well. I actually have scars from the initial rash, so when it repeats i'm 100% sure it's in the same location.
