You are thinking of Jewelweed. It's not always found where poison ivy/oak/sumak is found, as it doesn't grow well in dry soil or direct sunlight. But if you're in the woods or a wet climate and know how to identify it, just cut the stem down the side and apply the juice from the stem on the area with the urushiol oil on it.
