I am in the same predicament you are in! I am 8 days in to the poison sumac/oak/ivy and I am absolutely miserable. I went to the doctor two days after I figured out what I had; she gave me a steroid injection. Thought it was helping that night, but the next day it just started getting worse and worse. I now wake up each day to new blisters everywhere. There is no part of my body that is not affected. I have tried all the "remedies" and nothing is helping. I am going to the dermatologist today.
I have used the technu wash to no avail. Just another very temporary relief.
