I had the same thing and went to then physician. Told me it had become systemic, which means traveling though out body via lymphatic system which is pretty serious and why it was appearing all over my body and not just where i came in contact with the plant. Immediate prednisone injection and a 10 day pill course and advised ,Advil and topical anti itch for other symptoms. Happy to say I'm finally getting better.
