I have had poison oak for over 2 weeks now and its still spreading. I washed all my clothes, threw away my shoes and alcohol scrubbed my car so I doubt Im being re-exposed. I did a 6 day prednizone dosage and it did help however it didnt stop the poison oak from spreading. I still have it pretty bad. Im hoping this subsides soon. Hot showers take away the itchy feeling for a while but i can tell it increases the swelling so its a trade off for sure. Hope u feel better soon.
