This is such a miserable condition! I have Poison Oak on my eyelids too. It's also on my neck and between my fingers. The only upside I can think of is that the PO is somewhat symmetrical on my eyelids... so it could almost be mistaken for bad eyeshadow... I am comforted to know that there are others like me; solidarity! To all of you out there, stand proud, we are not alone!
