| I also went to the doctor after 2 weeks of agony. the blisters were all over my legs and arms. He gave me a prednisone shot which really helped while the stuff was in my system. After about 2 weeks later the rash came back even worse than before. I was beside myself. I did some research and found out that the shots just mask the symptoms and when it wears off, you still have the poison ivy in your system just waiting in the shadows to get out. Then I found (from this site) about Ivy Off and I called the company. They told me that this stuff draws the poison ivy out of your system and you just wash it away. It made a lot of sense to me, so I bought a couple of bottles and finally found relief. I will never be without it again. Thank you to everyone who posted about Ivy Off. I wouldn't have found it otherwise. |
