I had the same reaction you all did and I waited 2 weeks before really doing something about it. After reading all these posts about Ivyoff, I too called the company and spoke to the owner whose name is Jack. I got a lot of useful information and also overnighted 3 bottles. I am certainly happy that I found this product and got relief within just a few minutes. I was warned to use it often (which I did) b/c the oils had penetrated my skin and would take longer to extract. Thank you all! This is a really unknown product which works better than anything I have tried, so it just goes to show you that advertising isn't everything!
