My doctor said the same thing after 3 weeks of suffering also, but I didn't want to go thru another round of shots that he wanted to give still yet another chance at working. He also told me that the rash just subsided a few hours after using the Ivyoff (but not after the 3 weeks of shots).
I looked back over the Ivyoff site and I didn't see any towelettes anywhere, pre-contact or otherwise.
In any case, I know the Ivyoff works for me and no one can convince me that I was still harboring the oils on my person.
