I have had PO many times growing up in the Sierra--i get a yearly reoccurrence as soon as it starts to get warm--I live at Lake Tahoe so that's in June--usually it is the edge of my lip and in between the fingers and toes--or if you hike, bike or kayak--in any sweaty place--most unpleasant--this year it was behind my ears along the hairline. This stuff sucks--some years it as bad as getting it right off the plant. Supposedly all the "experts" say the ooze doesn't spread the rash--but if the reoccurrence gets to the oozing part the itch seems to spread with the ooze. I found this site because a know it all I know seems to think his one year of med school makes him all knowing--swears that there is no such thing as a reoccurrence and I have been getting psoriasis at the same time every year--so thanks for the back up-- Still hooked on Caladryl. Oh and you will hear otherwise but a Q-tip with bleach dabbed on large oozing blisters will dry them up--and take Benadryl to calm your bodies allergic reactions.
