I found this while looking for the plant that got me. I think your stuff is box elder and it is just as bad as poison ivy or oak.
I also found out ivy can grow like a bush if it had nothing to climb on.
So it might be best to dig it up and burn it. Not all your greenery looked like this but some of it did.
