i am currently taking oral steriods for my rash and have been on the pills for 4 days ( four pills a day for four day, then three pills a day for four days etc) i want to go to the local mineral hot springs this evening (contain chlorine) and have read that pools/chlorine is good for drying the rash out. but am curious if the hot temps of the water are bad for the rash???
