I read while doing research on PI/PO/PS relief and found on one site that a pore reducing cleanser for oily skin like "Neutrogena" really helps the itch and spread of the rash. Being that the product is designed to carry away the oils on your skin and make the pores smaller (less weeping) they believe this is why it works maybe better than Cortisone or Calamine type lotions!!
