I would never have found this thread unless I thought this had happened to me too. I had sex with my partner the day after he got back from a camping trip. Two days later he called to say that he had poison oak all over the place, including hands, chest, and the base of his penis. I laughed at the suggestion that I could get it from him, but three days later I had intense itching around my vagina.
I've had yeast infections, and this doesn't smell yeasty. I have heavier discharge than usual, but it is odorless. And there are no open sores. Still not 100% that this is poison oak, since it seems like transfer from his skin the day after camping is unlikely... but maybe?
