I go camping all of the time, and somehow almost always manage to get poison ivy. I friend of my recommended that I try a product called Appalachian Secrets. I usually use Zanfel, but it is so expensive. About $40 in a store and $20 online, however, this new stuff was like $15 at Ace Hardware. I highly recommend this cream to anyone who hikes a lot.
