I have the same problem with poison oak. Recurring over and over again. Out of the blue with no contact whatsoever with clothes, etc. Doctors are fools. They claim this cannot happen, but it clearly does. I had one very bad case of poison oak, and ever since it seems to flare up frequently. All you can do is don't itch it and use the cream immediately.
