| All the time would be my answer but if you want to nail it down by experience, during the active growing season when the plants are at their greatest growth rate would be the best answer I could give you. There is more of the plant exposed, i.e. larger leaves, bushiness, longer vines, seedlings sprouting every where ,etc.. Then the plants are pushing out fruit and the critters are eating them and spreading the seed. Just an opinion based on my 'exposure' to the vial weed! |
