I had poison ivy a few weeks back which I assume I got from weeding at our new house in a NW suburb of Chicago. I have been very cautious since trying to find the source or any additional poison ivy.
I found a vine at the base of some shrubs with leaves of 3 (redish vines) and assumed it was the cause. Now I have found subsequent sprouts which have 2 leaves then begin with sets of 3 which look to have the same leaves. Can new poison ivy plants start with 2 and then continue with 3? |
