I was DEATHLY allergic to PI and the others as a child. In about 1982 I received a series of shots from my family physician and was immediately immunized. I recently told a friend who is badly allergic about the shots and she consulted her doctor. The Dr. told her that the shots were not healthy and had been discontinued in the medical field years ago.
Does anyone have more information on what these shots were and if they truly are not allowed anymore?
