Unfortunately, you may have to do the unthinkable and get your cat wet. I had a similar dilema when I lived in an apartment building that had a large poison ivy patch nearby, and my poor cat managed to get out of the building. When he returned several days later, I had to give him the dreaded bath to keep from getting what I knew he had all over him all over me. So, what I did was I wet him down thoroughly first (tip of the nose to tip of the tail), then I used regular cat shampoo and gave him a thorough scrubbing.

Be careful around your cat's eyes, nose, and mouth when you are wetting her down and soaping her thoroughly. It's easy to get soap and water in her eyes, especially if she squirms around while you're bathing her.

Once she has been scrubbed down with the cat shampoo, you will have to wet her thoroughly again to remove the soap and oil that will be floating in with the soap. And then, for good measure, you will have to repeat this process.

Also, you may have to wipe down a good bit of your residence if you cat has been roaming around it with the oil on her. Everywhere she's been, she's transferred the oil. I've heard that water and rubbing alcohol is a good way to remove it from household surfaces.
