My friend had a very bad case of PI on both his forearms.
Same oozing, etc. He had to wrap large washcloths around them before putting on his shirts, and change them throughout the day.
His brother - a pharmacist - told him about some mixture that pharmacists can mix up for you to help dry up the rashes/oozing.
I'm currently using Zanfel, but my rashes are not that severe (yet).
