I got poison oak last year mtn biking. Iv'e had it before but it hasn't ever reoccured. A day ago i started getting a raised rash on my bicep and forearm in the two places they meet. i didn't know about the reoccuring part. but its definitely back! Thats too bad. i was expecting to get a fresh batch this spring.
