I definitely have had a recurrence of PI/PO each year for the past 19 years. I first had contracted the PI/PO in the Sierra mountains, north of Fresno, near Kings Canyon. I had a pretty bad case of it on my arms and hands. Every year since the first year, I have a bubbly rash that forms on the same arm that was so badly effected. The rash now is mild in comparison but the bumps still itch just like it is new.
