If you can afford a landscaper to eradicate it, that would help. Otherwise, you can take all the necessary precautions such as gloves, long sleeves, boots that you can rinse off,etc...
Keep some spirits,ivy wipes, rubbing alcohol, etc... around in case you get the oil on you.
