I have a very similar thing and also cannot find anything on the internet to help me. My right index finger, the tip of my left middle finger, and part of my top lip. It gets red, itches like crazy til it hurts, and swells slightly. I get it about 2or 3 times a year, each time getting worse. I,nor others think it is poisen ivy. The weird thing is,is it keeps coming up in the same places. I will keep looking, but if find something please let me know. It sounds like a very similar thing.
