My husband was working in the garden on Saturday and Sunday morning his hands were swollen and it looked like blisters on his thumb and hand. He popped the blisters because he said they itched. Today is Monday and now his arms are swollen and there are a few blistery bumps on it too. What is this? Is it poison ivy? Or what could it be?
