The only thing that can cause new spots is the oil itself - not the rash that has already occured. The contents of the rash are a product of your lymph system - a blister. However, while the first rash may appear after 12 hours, it can take up to a week. Make sure that everything has been washed, and that you are not coming into contact with the oil anymore (from your shoes, your pillow, etc.). If you are sure that the oil is no longer an issue - then it is probably just a delayed reaction on that portion of your skin -
