Poison Ivy from a Dog

I have Poison Ivy for the first time and I'm 100% certain that I got it from my dog. It's been about a week since exposure, but I just figured out what it was. What I'm wondering is should I be worried that it might still be on the dog or that he may have spread it around the house? If so, how should I clean him or the places he has been in the meantime? Thanks for any advice. Heather
