I read that the hot water causes the body to produce histamines that help relieve itching for as long as 8-hours. I just got poison ivy for the first time in my life and I'm 47 years old. I'm researching info now to ensure I don't spread it. I'm learninga great deal about it! I don't know about any products that assist in preventing it. Good Luck! |
