| I have been getting PI since I was about your son's age. Yes the heat will irritate it, and so will the sun screen. Have you ever had PI. You may want to skip the outing and just let your son heal. I've used Zanfel and Fels-Naptha (laundry soap) to clear up out breaks. Fels-Naptha may take a few washes. Zanfel is abbrasive and effective. |
