| Try benadryl. I also had severe swelling and no backing off of symptoms while on Prednisone, but 50mg of Benadryl every 6 hours on the dot has done WONDERS. Totally different within a few hours of the first dose! You may also want to try pepcid, don't know why, but the ER doc recommended this to me in conjunction with the benedryl. |
