| Yes, poison ivy has an oil on it that can spread anywhere. Think of olive oil. if you drop some on your sking, then touch something else, it sits and stays there. Some people, though not many I know, are not allergic to poison ivy, so if they get the oil on their hands, no rash occurs. |
