Hmmmm..... interesting question. Urushiol oil is contained within the poison ivy plant. The oil is released when the plant is damaged. So berries just touching the plant will not likely come in contact with urushiol oil UNLESS there was some damage on the leaf/plant.

I'm waffling at the moment and don't have a definitive answer for you. I know that I have many, many times eaten blackberries from plants that were in amongst poison ivy plants and had no problems. So my first inclination would be to say that it's ok. Did you see the poison ivy plants amongst the raspberry bushes? Are the raspberry bushes covered in poison ivy plants? I think the answer would depend on just how much poison ivy there is.
