Sounds like you got into what I did. Virginia Creeper. I have a terrible itch!!! It is the most unpleasant thing and so far I have no clue how to get rid of it. I am using gallons of alcohol since it seems to be the only thing that relieves the itch for even a few minutes.
Not many people are allergic to Virginia Creeper but it sounds like you may be. It is not an oil based poison, it's crystal based and feels like tiny needles in the blisters.
