I got a bad case of poison ivy this past October on my face, left wrist, and left thigh. i went on steroids, it started to go away and then flared up again. I may not have taken the steroids as instructed. It all went away by mid November. Now, in mid-January, my thigh and wrist became itchy again. My wrist itch didn't last long but my thigh is full blast. It's red and swollen but it's not a poison ivy rash. I've been searching the internet to no avail, but I'm fairly confident this is some sort of recurring rash where I had poison ivy. I 100% did not contact poison ivy again nor did I get it again from any clothing. People say there's no such thing as systemic or recurring PI, buy I don't know. Love to hear from someone with info or a similar experience.
