| My son and two of his friends got it in MA this weekend. They are covered. My sons face was so swollen today that you couldn't even tell he had eyelashes. The dr put him on predisolone. The ER doc said 2 tsp of 15 mg per day but we went to our reg doc today because he was so much worse and she upped it to 3 1/2 per day. He looked a little better by end of day but expect he'll be bad again tomorrow am. What I don't understand is if it only comes out in places that have been touched by urisol why is he only now getting new blisters and rashes in places he hasn't had it when he was exposed Friday and they are only now showing up on Monday and this is after several baths and showers. Shouldn't they have all shown up at the same time? |
