My husband went home to his parents house in CT, this last weekend and was doing some yard work. He contracted severe poison ivy all over his face and entire body. His eyes are swollen shut. He looks like his whole body has been burned. We went to the doctor this morning and they are having us see a specialist this afternoon. Has anyone had an ever had a similar case? Does anyone know how long this can take to work itself out of the body?
