try running hot hot water on your none torso parts(don't wanna cook the baby)not hot enough to burn you but as hot as you can stand it. It feels like you are scratching but you aren't (it feels so good!) it tricks the nerves into thinking you just scratched the rash. I have PI all over my arms and now on my face! i read about the hot water somewhere else last night so i decided to try it and it worked for like 3 or 4 hours!!! also, i put new skin or clear nail polish on the rash and it stops the itch!!!
