I think I'd hire professionals to remove it. Or, you can buy a product such as a brush killer (Roundup or Ortho at your Wal-Mart store, and spray it - if it's still actively growing it will kill it. But, the plant oil can remain in a dead plant, roots, etc. for up to 5 years. So, you still might have to suit up with long pants, sleeves, and gloves to remove it after you kill it.
