What if I spray poison ivy, oak or sumac,( which has taken over an entire back yard fence and tree trunk and traveled to neighbors yards due to years of neglect by a homeowner ) with some old Thompsons water sealer prior to removal ?
Wouldn't it coat the plant, just like wood, and make it a little safer to remove.
I'm going to attempt this anyway, but I was interested what others thought or might attempt for preparation.
The Human safety factor is already known..but how can we better prepare large clusters of vines for soil - root removal ? |
