| Most likely the mulch will have the oil on it for months or years, but I don't think the plants will grow from that. Keep checking on it I guess but whatever you do, protect yourself and don't BURN it! I think it's like asbestos, once it's in place, better leave it there than to risk exposure by removing it. |
